Nu Luv Inc. distributes designer children's clothing throughout the world. Owned and operated by Nikki Kusens and her dedicated staff, Nu Luv Inc. is a labor of love. Nu Luv negotiates with top designers for closeout deals and bargains so you don't have to. Everything at Nu Luv is usually 60% below retail.

Kusens started her business in January 2008 following the deaths of her beloved grandparents, Evelyn and Gus Ash, just months apart.

Less than a week before she died, Ash suggested that she and her granddaughter start a vending-machine business together. It would dispense love and caring and they would call it New Love, Kusens recalled her grandmother saying.

And so, about five months later, she opened Nu Luv to live out my grandmother's legacy, as well as provide other moms with a much-needed service. Kusens said she loves shopping for her 18-month-old daughter, Charli, but it is so expensive.

Kusens made a little boutique in her home and shows her merchandise by appointment, at house parties, and at community and charity events. Online shopping will be available by the end of July. One of Kusens top priorities in business is to spread the joy, and so she congratulates new moms with a complimentary outfit and gives an additional discount on a child's birthday.

We try to be generous, Kusens said. I'm trying to do what my grandmother would want me to do.
